Our 20-year presence in the US tech ecosystem gives us a deep network among founders and other investors, enabling us to source the most attractive deal flow. Our primary offices are in San Francisco and Berlin, creating an ideal setup for European investors to gain a foothold in America’s best tech companies.

We invest from early stage (pre-seed and seed) to late stage (pre-IPO) in tech-only companies that will define the 21st century and drive enormous value creation: AI and software disruptors, physical AI, defense and space, energy tech, and robotics.

    GENERAL PARTNER

    Daniel J. Kilimnik is a technology investor focused on software, deep tech, and other disruptive sectors. Prior to founding Zeta Holdings, he invested in growth-stage technology companies at Human Capital and previously worked at Invus Opportunities and McKinsey & Company.

    Carsten Puschmann is a serial entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience building and scaling technology-driven businesses. In addition to founding several successful companies, he actively supports early-stage startups as an angel investor and mentor within the European startup ecosystem.
